Winevirgin.com is a new community hub for those who want to learn about wine and cuisine. They are presenting the “Uniquely Niagara” Wine and Culinary Event on Saturday, February 28th in Niagara on The Lake. Food and wine pairings are on offer, featuring select wines from the region. In addition, there will be presentations from journalist Michael Pinkus and Melissa Pulvermacher, founder of the Vino Enthusiasts Wine Club.
Tickets for Uniquely Niagara are available here as well as on Eventbrite. The Gold Taster Package features 6 wine and food pairings. The Platinum Taster Package features an additional tasting seminar from Michael Pinkus, who will provide expert advice regarding how your stemware influences a wine’s taste (NB: the stemware is yours to keep).
