Jason and Nikki, played by Rafe Spall and Esther Smith jump from infertility to adoption and become parents to two kids. And in Trying S4 on Apple TV+ they are teenagers!  It’s six years later and those kids grew up, and became functional human beings, despite their parents’ anxieties who usually thought they were messing up.
